Jerolyn Bruns has extensive experience in working with international programs. During her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth, she participated in an exchange program in Örebro, Sweden, and a student teaching program in Whakatane, New Zealand.
Jerolyn manages a portfolio of education abroad programs all over the globe (with the exception of the UK, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, and Spain, which are managed by her colleague, Ali). She maintains institutional partnerships and advises students about the education abroad process.
She is involved with NAFSA: Association of International Educators, MSAP: Minnesota Study Abroad Professionals, The Forum on Education Abroad, and DA Gobal to stay up to date with best practices across the field of education abroad. Jerolyn has completed the NAFSA Core Education program: Foundations of International Education: Education Abroad Advising. She has also completed the University of Minnesota Duluth’s ILD: Intercultural Leadership Development program.
