How to register for UMD courses while you're gone
One Stop Student Services will notify you of your personal registration time. In most cases, you'll register for classes for the following term while you're still studying abroad.
Your personal registration time will be calculated using both completed and in-progress credits. Watch for an email from One Stop with registration details prior to UMD registration times. For questions, contact One Stop Student Services.
Have a hold on your student account?
UMD Study Abroad staff cannot remove student holds. A hold on your student account will prevent you from registering at UMD. You are responsible for clearing holds on your account, even when you are abroad. Use MyU to identify if you have any holds. If you do, find out how to resolve them and whom to contact if you have questions.
