My name is Joey and I’m majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland at University College Dublin during the spring 2024 semester. While abroad, I immersed myself in new cultures, built lasting friendships, and explored many countries around Europe. My study abroad experience was something I will never forget, and I can’t wait to help encourage others to set up their own experiences abroad!

My name is Aubree Swenby and I am a Graphic Design and Marketing major with a Communication minor. I am the Study Abroad Communication and Marketing Assistant.
I have not been able to study abroad during my time at UMD, although I do hope to do extensive travel after I am finished with my degree. I have also traveled with my own family.

Hello, my name is Evin Kolbjornsen and I am a senior at UMD majoring in Business Management and minoring in International Business and Marketing. I studied abroad in Zagreb, Croatia at the Zagreb School of Economics and Business Management. I enjoyed every second of my time out there and would do it all over again.

Madison Kowalski
Biography
Madison is a junior at UMD studying graphic design. When she was sixteen she visited her sister who was studying abroad in Italy and was hooked. She knew she had to do the same. Madison is going on the Experiencing Italy program in May of 2022. After graduation, she hopes to travel around the world and experience as many new cultures as she can.
Most memorable view abroad.
At the top of the Vatican. You have to climb hundreds of stairs but the view is so worth it! You can see the entire city.
